YSA provides 5 progression levels to help youth become job-ready.

Aspirants learn ‘soft skills’ to succeed in the workplace.  Learn more.

Apprentice Leaders develop ‘hard skills’ through five tracks: Entrepreneurship/Sales, Art, Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or Communications/Social Media Marketing. Learn more.
