As newcomers to YSA’s program, Aspirants must first learn ‘soft skills’ to help them succeed in the workplace, including:
- Non-violence
- Workplace professionalism
- Anti-racism
- Identification of gifts, strengths, and passions
- Nutrition, wellness, and self-care
- Spirituality and self-worth
